Residential tenancy rules, by province
What a landlord may charge as a deposit, who is legally allowed to hold it, how far rent may be raised and with how much notice, and whether a late fee is lawful at all. Every figure is quoted from the province’s own regulator, with a link and the date it was last checked, and the same rules are enforced inside Kaza rather than merely displayed.

What it will not do is tell you a tenancy rule it has not verified against that province’s own regulator. Each one ships when its sources are read and dated, and it appears here the same day.
