Trust & compliance

You stay accountable for your applicants' and residents' information: Canadian law does not let you hand that to a vendor. So here is everything you need to check us properly, in one place.

The short version

  • Your company gets its own database, not a row in a shared table.
  • You can take a complete copy of it whenever you like, as ordinary SQLite that opens without us.
  • Rent never flows through Kaza. We hold none of your money and none of theirs.
  • No third-party analytics, no advertising network, no tracking, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing non-essential to ask you about. Our own marketing pages keep a cookie-free count of visits (which page, which site sent you); signed-in pages carry nothing.
  • No outside AI service, and nothing is used to train a model.
  • We tell you before the sub-processor list changes, not after.

Also worth reading

The privacy notice is written for the applicant or resident rather than for you: it is what their information does inside Kaza, in language they can read. The terms of use cover the commercial relationship, including billing and cancellation. And how the tenancy rules work is the compliance engine itself, answering live with the statute it relied on.

Something missing?

If your counsel needs something that is not here, ask for it at info@3d3d.ca. We would rather write the page than lose the argument, and if the honest answer is “Kaza does not do that yet”, you will get that instead of a hedge.
